  • Bad - very bad place to take your car. My daughter took her car there for a simple oil change and guess what? They sorta forgot to put oil BACK IN to her car. They refused to take responsibility until another mechanic looked at the car and knew exactly what occured. After weeks of the car sitting useless -and once they knew they were caught, In & Out did put in a new engine. Since they refused to pay a reputable shop to do the work, my daughter was forced to use In & Out to finally repair the car. The only good thing I can say about this experience was that they didn't charge her for the final repair - once they admitted they ruined the engine in the first place. Stay as far away from this shop as possible.
