  • Drove down from Salt Lake, Utah to take our daughter's first birthday photos. We chose the 2 hour in-studio package that includes 100 photos + 10 retouches. Unfortunately our daughter was not in a very good mood when we went to the studio, but Jun was very patient giving us time to feed the baby and make multiple dress changes. The studio seems to be a decent size and there were plenty of background settings along with props for us to get sweet photos of our daughter. It's our first time going to a professional photo studio so we have nothing to compare our experience to, but Jun seemed very experienced. He knew how to direct our postures and get the baby's attention to face the camera. Turnaround time to receive our first round of photos was about 2 weeks. It came as promised. We really appreciated Jun and would go to Heirloom again.
