I stopped in this morning because I had a low tire pressure alert come up. I waited a bit- they were busy fuzzing over a Benz that was getting big fancy rims. Whatever, chalk it up to boys and their toys. HOWEVER, one of the managers (the managers wear red shirts) came over to help. First he had to ask someone to find a pressure gauge. Really? Mechanics carry those in their pockets. He checked the tag in my door jamb to determine the right pressure. He took a lap around my car, I thought he was putting air in the tires. He said "you're all set young lady!". Sweetie, I'm in my 40s. Don't patronize me. But again, it's a guy place and I had to get to work. The problem is that he wasn't airing up my tires. He deflated all of them to 28 psi. I know this because the alert didn't go off, and it won't because all the tires are under 30 psi. So now my husband's got to go tomorrow to deal with it. I'm not going, because I'm just a girl. We don't have time for this nonsense. We've worked with this location before under previous managers. This crew is a bunch of sexist clowns who don't think a woman can tell when she's getting hosed.
