  • I had heard that Dr. Paul Emery was an excellent physician. So I called up to make an appointment as I'm looking for a family doctor. It was a five month wait to get an appointment to see Dr. Emery. Two months before my appointment I received a call rescheduling my appointment for a month earlier I was happy, I went in for my rescheduled appointment, and was then told that it was not rescheduled that my appointment was still for March 20. I asked if anything came up earlier please give me a call updated my telephone information. And now here is March 20 never received a confirmation for the appointment I personally called three days ago five times and the phone was never even answered or picked up. The person who answers the phone says her name is Llewellyn sounds like a fake name sounds like a person who does a terrible job . Who think she's better than others and his condescending and rude and extremely unprofessional even if he was the greatest physician ever I would never give my business to a place who has an employee who treats people this way.
