  • I just had a very strange call with Mike that began with me asking for a quote and explaining my situation. I called to request a bid or to look at my current bid since my previous contractor had fallen ill and was apparently in the hospital. I asked how long it would take to order and install about 10 panes. He then got very defensive and snappy. He said that it sounded strange and asked a couple times who my other contractor was. When I said I didn't really want to put their name out there he asked "Why not?! I might want to send him a card. Why not? The Bishop Glass name is out there!?" I just said "Wow, you have been very helpful" and hung up. What a bizarre encounter.
