  • So here is an update, 12 months later. STILL the same horrible quality. They charge thousands of dollars for wedding sets, yet the quality SUCKS!! I have only had my wedding bands for 14 months and have had to have stones replaced and tightened multiple times! This is beyond ridiculous. Like, who the hell wants to keep going to the damn jewelry store for repairs to the same item that was allegedly fixed the first 5 times?! Do yourself a favor and go to ANOTHER jewelry store where they will provide quality pieces for the amount they charge you. I am totally unsatisfied with this store. These employees are complete MORONS. They have no courtesy whatsoever. I called yesterday bec these dumb asses were supposed to custom order a new set of bands for me. The stupid lady who answers the phone says she didn't see anything there about it and Kamy would call me back that day. Well, here it is, another day and no phone call. If we could give these damn rings back, we would go to another store where they will take the time to make sure the pieces are properly crafted and not just do a rush/bitch job. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS P.O.S. store!!! Just look at the multiple reviews from unsatisfied customers if you need proof!!
