  • I am very disappointed with the staff here. Ralph is cool, so is Matt the others are a damn joke. Maintanace is another problem.You have to put in several request before they ever show. If They ever show. They seem to never answer the phone and when you tell them youve been calling for days, they give you the deer stuck in head lights look. I dread flushing the toilet because i never know if today is the day that i would have to pull a double shift getting up all the water minus they pay. Warning. One should always keep about 30 to 75 towels on hand cuz you will need them to clean up all the water. I complained several times and the office just says next time it happens just turn the knob off on the side of the toilet. Hmm, must be clear because me or maintenance can't seem to find it. Bathrooms and window seals are full of black mold and mildew as well. Don't bother putting in a work order for that either unless you only work part time because you will need the rest of the hours calling them all day till they answer. Oh and when they finally show they will just paint over the black mold and call it a day. You will also find yourself playing musical chairs, circling the parking lot trying to find a parking spot because one of the third party vendors or or maint steals your spot. Then reality sets in and you realize you have been circling around for 30 minutes then find your self having to park across the street at circle k. So I would suggest you keep a bike, skateboard or skates in your trunk.Oh I got friends who live here and say there are tons and tons of rats. Ask the front office about the units that are infested with rats and tell them to put it in writing that there isn't any. And the complaints. Then supeona their pest control records.. I even spoke with one of the pest control parties here and he said there are a lot of units infested. Storage rooms on the balcony as well. Something needs to be done about this dump. Three on your side. Mold problems and plumbing problems is bad here and sewer roaches the ones that can carry a full size human being. This place is like the ghetto. They rent to anyone with a pulse. Cops are here every other day it seem like.. The staff and crew does not take any responsibility around here Ralph and Matt is cool tho.... When i first moved here i was one of the people to be like oh I love it here. Give it about 4 or five months once the glue and paint wear off .. A damn lemon and a joke.. I haven't had a rat in here yet. But I will tell you that I will not go in the kitchen once it gets dark outside. I don't care how thirsty I am.. Id be damned if I walked in the kitchen and turn on the lights and see one staring back at me.. Times like these I wonder what I have done in my last life to be stuck in this dungeon. Once my lease is up I'm running the hell out of here. Paying 1500.00 a month to live in prison with only two perks. 1. Weight loss from all the walking to the office to complain because they never answer the phone or having to park across the street and walking home. 2. Not entering the kitchen for a late night meal once the sun goes down.. No mam shirley... Not today Satan...
