  • I have visited Mozell twice, and the first time she just gave my afro a shape and that was that. The second time I went to see her, she acted as though I wasn't important. Instead she took almost 8 hours to finish a two strand twist out, and amidst the hairdo she was doing for me, she was doing three other people's hair. I actually sensed some favoritism. Anyway, I got there on time for my appointment and was there from 10:15 until 5:30. I even had to miss work because of it. I don't think I'll ever go to Mozell again. I think she is a sweet lady, but it felt to me, both times, that she wasn't prioritizing her schedule very well. Good luck in the future Mozell.
