rev:text	Shelby Henning was recommended to us by our awesome realtor so we definitely thought she could get the job done as our property manager. Wow, were we wrong. We bought a brand new model home in Southwest Las Vegas and she didnt take any time to make sure our property was getting as much exposure as possible. Not only did she list our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house as a STUDIO on all the real estate sites (Zillow, Redfin, etc), she never communicated with us (we live out of state and cant keep try of going on). She was awful. Told us she had multiple showings which we know because the builders mentioned they never saw any tours taking place out our residence. Once we "relieved" Berkshire of their duties, we requested our keys be sent back to my parents house. Shelby placed them in a flimsy envelope and the keys either were stolen or ripped through the envelope she put them in. Who knows if someone is going to go to my parents house (the address was on the envelope) try and break in with keys that Shelby sloppily placed in an envelope. We hired another property manager the same day, he went out to our place and found trash, a broken fence, things left all over the house and garage. Now, if she was showing the place, dont you think she would have contacted us and told us of the mess that was going on? Well she didnt, but our new property manager has been on top of it letting us know everything that has been happening. DO NOT WORK WITH BERKSHIRE OR SHELBY.
