  • I was shocked at what happened this morning (9AM) when I pulled into the service area at Power Ford North Scottsdale to have my Daughter's 2003 Ford Taurus serviced (Oil Change, filter, etc.). I did not have an appointment, but there were no other vehicles in the service area waiting for an advisor. After I pulled into the service area, I sat and waited for a service advisor to come out, greet me, and write up a service order. I sat in the car and waited for about 4 minutes. Finally, a young man who appeared to be a yard runner walked up and offered to help. When I told him what I needed he went from one service advisor booth to another asking each service advisor if he would come out and write up a work order. None would accommodate me. I left in amazement and frustration at the treatment I received. I then drove about 20 miles to Berge Ford in Mesa. I use Berge Ford to service my Ford vehicle, but as my Daughter lives in Scottsdale, to save time and expense, I had decided to take the vehicle to Power Ford North Scottsdale. As usual, the service at Berge was great!
