  • It's hard to find time to do errands like getting my oil changed especially when it can take anywhere from 30mins to maybe 2 hours, you just don't know any given day. I saw Express Oil Change in the same area as my dealership where I usually get my oil changed and I usually wait for ever ! I just didn't have the time to wait long Friday and decided to give Express a chance since they are new in the area. As soon as I drove up Austin walked towards my car and asked what I was looking to get done. I told him just a basic oil change and he was very upfront about pricing and that they are giving $5 off oil changes for new customers. There was no wait and I could just pull my car in the bay and wait in my car and it would take no more than 10-15 minutes. I was all for that ! I drove my car in the bay, checked some emails, organized the inside of my car and before I knew Austin was done ! He had washed my front windshield, made sure my front lights, break lights and turn signals were working, showed me where my oil level was after he changed the oil and took my payment all while I was sitting in the car. Within 15 minutes I was leaving and back to running more errands. I loved the customer service Austin provided and how fast and easy the whole process was. I definitely will be back because they delivered on everything they promised.
