I thought that I had written this review already. I stayed here for the New Years Day Steelers game with the Browns. I arrived the Thursday before when it started to snow. The first desk people were awesome! Told me where Primates was (not too far, within walking distance) it's open 24 hours so it was open when I got there. The first desk clerks welcomed me back and made sure I was ok, which was nice. They gave me maps of everything that was around and directions. Easy! The room was nice and clean. I could see the baseball field lights and the rivers! The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The next morning, breakfast was great! I loved the waffles and the breakfast staff was super nice. I was able to walk from the hotel across the bridge past the baseball park to the Warhol museum. Then to the Bettis bar and grill, past Heinz Field and to the science museum without problems. The city is beautiful even though it was freezing cold! The day of the game I even walked to the sailgate I had booked where Jason Gilden retired player #92 signed autographs and took pictures with us! It was a great, the whole entire vacation was great! Even of key players didn't play, it was still awesome! Thanks to the wonderful people at the hotel! They were my first impression of the wonderful city!
