  • Don from America's Pride Heating & Cooling did an excellent job and provides excellent customer service. Our AC went out on Friday afternoon so we put in a request with OneGuard for service. I received a call from them within 15 minutes and 30 minutes later received a call from Don. He showed up on Saturday in order to fix the issue. Unfortunately the coolant he used did not perform as expected and we discovered the issue was due to leaks in our attic so he had to return. He was awesome at maintaining contact with us until it was fully resolved. We are so grateful to have our a/c running again. Thank you!
