  • His support staff are uncaring and often grossly incompetent . 1) If you leave a detailed voice mail requesting a return call for any serious or potentially adverse issue, his staff will never follow through and return you call. 2) They will claim to have rescheduled you in advance if Dr. Eugene Rosenman is out of town only to find yourself keeping the original appointment and wasting your time. 3) His PAs do not read the psychiatrists charts; they often will write prescriptions for only a 30 day supply (even though the chart has clearly stated that these medications are maintenance medications and are to be prescribed as a 90 day supply. 4) Every other physician's office confirms appointments the day prior to ensure your keeping with appointments. Considering this is a psychiatric practice, and many of his patient are dealing with severe mental illness with can affect memory and other cognitive abilities, you would think he would want such appointment reminders to be a standard practice. 5) It is most unfortunate as Dr. Rosenman himself is an excellent practitioner... If he would just hire competent staff that follow through on prior authorizations, call in prescriptions in a timely manner, ensure that patients keep and follow up on their appointments and show empathy to the patients; this review would be far more favorable.
