The best thing I can say about TOCA is that they have a nice office. Further than that, I was stunned by the high degree of incompetence and ineptitude that I experienced there. I was first referred to Dr. Vella for a hardware removal. As this procedure was beyond his ability, I was then sent to Dr. Joseph Haber. Joe is extremely handicapped in his capacity for listening and understanding, as well as having limited familiarity with basic neurology. He was able to perform what I thought to be a relatively simple procedure, but not without complication. Their staff is non-communicative, can't seem to follow the doctors instructions and even managed to misspell my fairly common last name. It is a good thing for TOCA that they are not reliant on quality customer service or patient satisfaction to stay in business.
