  • First time buyer. I've purchased a mountain bike at this store for a decent price. Although the service is kinda crappy... I went on a Sunday to look at a bike. took it for a spin no problem, staff seemed friendly. I ended up buying the bike for its decent price. There was some squeaking with the brakes (pads) so I decided to leave it for a few days because they're waiting for parts. They said they'll have it done by Wednesday. Wednesday, no calls. Thursday no calls. Finally on Friday, someone called and advised me the bike is ready. So I picked it up in the evening. I've forgot my pedals so i couldn't test it out again. On Saturday I took the bike on a trail, only to have my ride cut short because the gears was of timing. Both the front and back. Also to make it worse the both front and back brake rotors was rubbing of the pads!! I guess when they changed pads due they didn't bother aligning the brakes! They had the bike for a week and they couldn't even tune the bike properly. The bike purchase came with a 1 year free tune up, but I won't be taking it back. I'm better off paying another store or tune the bike myself. I've expected more from the store being a "moms and pops" local store. I thought they would care a little more. Clearly, they don't.
