  • I will be sharing on FB and Twitter. I agree with the last reviewer. My daughter had dimensional flowers on her gown and the gown needed hemmed. They first gave us a quote of $1.00 per flower which would have been ridiculous. Then they gave us another quote and it was about $300.00. They said the gown would be finished in two weeks and we made an appointment for the 2nd Saturday. They called and said they needed more time. So, we rearranged our schedule and accommodated THEM. I went in to get the gown and they did not save the flowers. I spoke with Ray who was the manager at the time who was VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY and did not take the blame for losing the flowers or not saving them. She was extremely nasty. I have a busines and believe me THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and there are times when I have to lose money to keep my customers. NOT HERE. Ray argued with me and blamed me for losing the flowers. What? I would not recommend this place. Find somewhere else. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. It will be YOUR fault!
