  • If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely worst office staff I've ever come in contact with. I've never been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The providers and back office staff are attentive and courteous but the front office, scheduling, billing and referral staff should take some time to hear how patients perceive them. Unfortunately I will be finding a new primary care because I can't tolerate the difficulty getting an appointment and the consistent disrespect from front office staff. I hope the providers realize that their incompetent and disrespectful staff are causing patients to seek care elsewhere.
