  • I'm not one to be rude especially to people in retail but this location still had a "happy hour" sign up when the promotion was already over. So I thought i'd ask if they could give me the deal since the sign was still up and I get Starbucks all the time (gold member lol). The barista said there was absolutely nothing she could do and she's not in charge of the sign (it's been 2 days!!) Hahah I wouldn't have pushed it but, yeah I went there and asked for her manager. He was nice enough to give me a free drink and take down the sign right after. The drinks were good like always, the store was also pretty clean. So yeah manager thanks for handling the situation well and good job on keeping up the store. I hope you didn't take it personal :)
