  • I have not enjoyed my time living here. There has been poor communication with the staff from the start. I had a broken lock on my day of move in where I was left stranded without a way in until the following night. Absolutely horrible neighbors in unit 69, that I have had to call the police on, on multiple occasions. Even letting the office know about the constant harassment I endured from them and nothing was done about it. Including having a gentlemen who is the "baby daddy" of the female living there come onto my patio and scream derogatory things at me about my sexual orientation, and CPS coming to figure out why the children that live there cry and wail and scream and beg for help; hours and hours through the night. It's a nightmare. The small dog that belongs to the girl in apartment 67 doesn't ever stop barking and is in a constant state of unrest it seems. Work orders not completed and mysteriously disappearing. All in all I am so glad I no longer live here. Luckily, I have fulfilled all the terms of my lease and I look forward to never having to deal with Colter Park ever again.
