  • Spoke to them on Friday 6/22/18 hoping to start physical therapy on my surgically repaired knee as soon as possible, was even willing to start that day but they didn't have anything available. The woman I spoke to said they could get me in first thing Monday and offered two different times so I chose the earliest one at 9:15. I show up at 9:00 am only to be told that I don't have an appointment that day but on Wednesday instead. I never would have agreed to a Wednesday appointment because I wanted to get stated ASAP! They had no reasonable solution other than to come back Wednesday so I left and made an appointment elsewhere. I don't have the time or patience to deal with people who can't keep their scheduling straight. And three days later... never received a phone call to try and get my business back or even just an apology. I guess they don't need my business!
