  • Overall exceeded my expectations. Was in town for a trade show, held in the Sands Convention Center....the Venetian rates were twice what it cost me to stay here(When the dust settled, it was about $200/night....Resort Fees? Lose a star for that crap, what a racket!!!) Katrina checked me in, and was as sweet and helpful as possible. The room was two queen beds.....no coffee machine...that would have been nice. Furnishings were clean and tasteful. Bedding was barely sufficient, I prefer a nice blanket or comforter and there was a very thin blanket on bed. Pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The towels were crap....rough and thin....better than nothing, but barely. Housekeeping did a top notch job of making the room neat and tidy. Taxi line was moving and we never waited more than a minute or two for a cab. I'll stay here again due to the combination of location and price, but there are quite a few things that they can do in order to improve the experience.
