  • Charming Charlie? More like Cheapo Charlie. I recently found CC and was quite impressed by the loveliness of the store. It's so huge with every area in the same color scheme with matching jewelry, hats, and all sorts of accessories. This WOULD have been my favorite store if BOTH of the items I purchased weren't complete Chinese JUNK! I'm so disappointed. I only had my key chain for about 3 days before it broke all over the ground spilling the beads. This was a $10 loss. The sun hat I wear sometimes but actually I despise wearing it as it is made very cheaply and the brim flops down over my eyes all the time so I can't see. There is nothing to hold up the brim and the 'straw' that it is made of is very flimsy. And this was a $14 loss. (I collect sun hats and this is the worst quality hat I have ever seen.) The customer service on the other hand was excellent. Too bad the quality of the accessories are so horrible.
