Top customer service. Our cable box had stopped working about a week or two ago after I had unplugged it (I plugged it in again and alas, it was dead) and we finally got around to bringing it in. This store is conveniently located close to our home and it took us a few minutes to find it. Two employees opened the door for us as we entered and we were greeted in a friendly manner by them and the man at the front kiosk. He asked us what we needed and put us in the queue. Our name was called a few minutes later and Xavier was helpful as we got a replacement box and a mini box for our other tv. Easy process, we were in and out in about 10 minutes and Xavier even escorted us to the door, where several other employees thanked us for coming and wished us well.
Cox has definitely stepped up their customer service and even though this was my first time visiting this store, first impressions are telling and I can tell you I'm impressed.
