  • Glacial service. I spent 15 minutes waiting in line and by the time I reached the counter, the two women working the tortilla/beans area turned around to talk to each other for several minutes, not even acknowledging the fact that there were at least 20 customers waiting. By the time I reached the cash register 10 minutes later, the employee taking payments could not operate the register and had to get help from two other people. I recommend avoiding this Chipotle location at all costs unless you order online well ahead of time, or somehow enjoy subjecting yourself to Kafkaesque torture.
