| - A few days after moving to Phoenix, I finally decided to unpack my gaming rig, hooked everything up, hit the power button and nothing happened. After frantically swapping cords and outlets, slapping it around a bit and desperately making pleas with the electronic gods, I gave up and googled computer repair. What I've come to learn is that there are plenty of places in Phoenix that can help. Thankfully, ABC popped up and after reading great reviews on Google, I headed there as soon as I awoke the next morning.
Here's what I loved about this place. Fixing is all they care about doing. There is no fancy retail area, just mountains of tools and parts to get the job done. Brent was to-the-point and friendly, and got to diagnosing it within an hour of my drop-off (power supply issue, of course). I happened to have the part I needed (it would've taken them a day or two at most to get it in otherwise, which was quite awesome), minus the skills and tools to not completely destroy my rig, so I had them install it for me instead. I went back with the part right before they closed, yet they managed to get it all done and I was able to pick it up the next morning!
I have dealt with plenty of repair places over the years and it is the norm for most places to charge you an arm and a leg just for diagnostics. They let me know that my issue was no big deal and did not require much work. What more can you ask for?! Extremely honest, very fairly priced, with an insanely quick turnaround and high quality work. I'd give you 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much for making my day and not killing my wallet!
