  • The staff was very helpful during a time, when support was needed in making the final arrangements for my mother, who passed away unexpectedly after colon cancer surgery. And, I feel their prices for cremation are excellent. However, there were a couple of things that cause me not to give them a 5 Star rating. One, was my appointment time. I arrived about 3 minutes ahead of schedule, and when I walked in, I thought that I had walked into the wrong place, as there were a lot of people standing, and sitting around. But, instead of being subdued, as benefiting a Funeral Chapel, they were carrying on like it was a party. And, the receptionist was dressed in sweats and a PINK sweat top. Now, I don't expect formal business dress in Arizona. But, sweats? A bit too causal for the environment (if she's cold, wear a suitable jacket). Also, they need to schedule their appointments a little better to reduce the risk of overlap, as happened here.
