From the first person I spoke to on the phone to the last because they kept transferring me - I had the worst customer service. I was unaware of a certain service and was asking for an explanation and the girl gave me an attitude. She started to talk above me and wouldn't let me explain. I felt as they don't care about customer service. I don't like to write something negative unless it really was but as I can see I am not the only person that felt this way. I really hope they can improve their customer service. Their representatives over the phone are very rude.
