  • Major issues, I would avoid signing a long lease here. All three elevators barely work at the same time in tower 2, windows go months sometimes longer without being cleaned (so much for the nice views) and most units have been having hot/cold and water pressure issues for nearly half of the year. Management is out of their depth with the complexities of the building and inundated with service requests to properly address all of the issues. Save your money, pay premium rent at other properties that are well ran.
