Alright, so I'm going to have update my review. After watching the documentary called Earthlings and having outside influences pressuring me to become a better person, I can understand why people shop at Whole Foods.
What I would buy here:
-Their hot food including;
-The $9.99 Sunday brunch buffet
-The meat. Even though it's twice as expensive as other grocery stores, it's ethically farmed and raised and the animals are not overcrowded.
-Any ancient grains (though usually pricier than Highland Farms)
What I wouldn't buy:
-The fruits and veggies because they are at least $1 to $2 per pound more expensive than anywhere unless they are on special, then they become normal price.
Verdict: still not bad, but it could be better.
