  • BEWARE: CONTRACTOR WILL THREATEN TO PLACE LIEN EVEN BEFORE WORK IS DONE Never use this contractor. This is the worse kind of contractor to use. Not only do they do a horrible job, but they will threaten to place a lien on your property if they don't get paid. We hired LiveWire Electric, LLC to do work for our new office space we just rented. We have not been happy with work they have performed, as they have not been able to work with other contractors or suppliers.Instead of getting their act together, they sent a letter to our Landlord who has nothing to do with our agreement or contract, threatening that a lien will be placed on their property if they are not paid? So instead of finishing up their work so they can in fact be paid, they choose to threaten our landlord to get us into trouble. I will never recommend anyone to use this contractor.
