  • Global Cheese has a huge assortment of cheeses of all kinds, and what I've gotten in always excellent. As many others have mentioned, the staff here are very friendly. When they realized that I was a student on a budget, they actually steered me towards a cheese on sale (which I didn't know about as it wasn't advertised) despite the fact that I had already picked out a cheese that was more expensive. While they did lose out on a few dollars, they have ensured that I will be coming here as long as I live in Toronto. In addition, they are more than happy to give you samples, and in fact will insist on giving them out before you buy anything. Love!
