| - After realizing I was overdue on a service, I called Findlay Toyota knowing that I'd have to make an appointment. Luckily, the friendly lady on the phone said it wasn't necessary and that I was able to come in anytime before 4:30.
After a busy day at work, the last thing I wanted to do was take my car in for maintenance, but the service was simple and pleasant thanks to Matt Stanley and the maintenance group at Findlay. Simply go through the "drive through" looking portion under service/maintenance that you see directly ahead of you when looking at the dealership.
After parking in the service lot, They asked me if I had a preferred consultant and I said no, so one came out to help me. Thankfully now I do have a preferred consultant that I will come back to; Matt Stanley. He did not pester me into buying anything, but recommend a package that I'm looking into buying for my services coming up. He was friendly as well as straight and to the point with my maintenance needs on my RAV4 for today and in the future. I was in customer service for many years before my current job and he was a great help. Highly recommended, and that's saying a lot because I very much dislike dealerships. Thank you!
**note, normal maintenance when you come in normally takes about an hour, which was roughly the amount of time I waited. They have a snack bar and a lounge area for you which is very nicely decorated. There are also a BUNCH of tables and seats around the whole floor so there is always room for you to sit. I recommend bringing in something to keep you busy (like papers to grade), or watch what they have on their tvs in the waiting area.
