| - I would put zero stars if possible. TERRRRRRRRIBLE SERVICE. I've been coming here since this new location opened up pretty frequently. I've never truly been happy with the service but my friends always want to come so I go along with it. Let me tell you, this will be the LAST time any of our friends ever come here again. The music is good, atmosphere is cool, the people are a bit ratchet but what else would you expect if a bunch of 18 year old came here. Anyway, service is the worst and that's all you need to drive customers away. First off, the staff are pretty freakin rude and have major attitude problems. Apparently they are all friends with the owner so they feel that it's okay to treat CERTAIN customers like shit. You can tell that most of the employees know most of the "customers" so they're really cool with them, nice with them, check up on them, and make sure they have a great time. But what about the rest of us? I literally sat with about 10 people and we were smoking the same hookah for almost TWO hours. Not ONCE did an employee come to ask us if we needed anything or if our charcoals were good. We just sat through it purposely and counted each time they'd check up on everyone else. I counted one group of kids who apparently were friends with the employee, who's charcoals were changed FOUR times in a single hour. TERRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE SERVICE. Our charcoals were so small I couldn't even see them! When do you guys change the charcoals? Whenever the customer starts choking or dying? By the way, getting hassled to constant buy more hookah every hour on he spot is annoying . We come here to spend our money and have fun. We do not go to a hookah lounge to be treated as if we aren't there. We are not coming to some random persons crib, no. We are at a PUBLIC HOOKAH LOUNGE. Do better! You will never see us again. Good luck running cloud 9 expecting your friends to pay your rent. There's TONS of hookah places in Vegas. I was right about this shitty place all along. I'm taking myself out and all of my friends who have been going there as well. Learn some customer service skills!
