  • I have a 10 foot garage door on my detached garage. I had Smokey's come come out and replace the springs and a general tune up. The tech did come out. He put the wrong strength/size spring on and put one on backwards. He charged me a few hundred dollars and left. After a little while my would not go up with assistance. So, I called around and found A and R garage door. Ron came out and looked at the door and explained the issues and then fixed the door correctly. The door now works great. Buyer beware of Smokey. Their quality is just not what it should be.
