| - Wow did I LOVE this coffee!
I actually stumbled upon this place by accident while driving to a referral source for office business. The building looked attractive, and it caught my attention because it's rare to see drive-through coffee in Las Vegas anymore.
After I was done with work, I quickly lifted up on yelp and then I drove through to give it a try.
I ordered my usual coffee drink a skinny latte and I decided to try a healthy muffin.
When I drove up to the window, the staff was friendly and helpful about ordering the type of muffin I was looking for by checking to see what they had available. I ended up with the oat bran muffin.
I was handed my coffee with a cute little speckled treat on top. Which to my surprise, was a tasty creamy white chocolate treat with little milk chocolate speckles, and the coffee being tucked inside.
THEN I tasted the coffee. Wow! I felt like I was in Seattle. The coffee was robust, but not bitter or acidic. The amount of milk in the latte was perfect, and the temperature was hot (like it should be), not just warm. There was just a small amount of foam on the top and it didn't take up too much room in the cup, nor did it reduce the amount of coffee I paid for, unlike chains.
When I pulled the muffin out of the bag , it was actually called a muffin top and lo and behold it was from Seattle! This muffin top wasn't skimpy though, it was more like two thick muffin tops stuck together. The flavor was wonderful (for an Oat bran muffin) and the raisins inside were numerous.
I began wishing this place was around the corner from my house so I could stop by every morning.
I'm not in this neighborhood of the Southwest very often, but you can bet when I am I'll be back!
