  • Firstly, being a young girl walking into a car repair place of any kind makes me feel like I have a sign on the back of my shirt saying "rip me off". I hate getting my car fixed or maintenanced for this reason. But I had just been backed into in the middle of a parking lot and I had no idea what the cost of the damages that had been done and I figured I would stop by the nearest legitimate looking place and get a quote. Despite my fears, Meme took the time to give my car a free cleaning and it virtually ERASED all of the visible damage from the accident!!! *Disclaimer: I'm not a perfectionist about my car's appearance and I wanted to avoid submitting a claim to my insurance company for minor damage. This girl sat in the blazing heat with me buffing the bejesus out of my car and made it sparkle like the damage never happened!! I have never had such an AMAZING experience at a repair place before. I can't help thinking that this girl is THE epitome of a hard worker!!! Meme is essentially my new favorite person in the entire world and if I have any trouble with my car in the future, I'm going to personally go in just to see her. I also want to mention that even while helping me out for free she also juggled helping other customers too, staying efficient and incredibly friendly and professional. I can't imagine a better worker than that. She even gave me priceless advice on how to easily remove or polish scratches and bug splatter from my car with cheap products, which will save me a ton of money in expensive car washes too!!! Meme was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to talk to, very much down to earth, and confident about the quality of the service she could provide (for very good reason). I honestly think that if everyone turned into Memes, the world would be a better place! It's a strange thing to want to come back to a collision center is all I can say but that's exactly what's happened!! GREAT JOB, Meme, and I hope you go far in life!!
