  • I was set up for the biweekly care. Was sent a pool log stating that services were DONE and everything was checked but in all reality no one ever actually was ever near the pool as admitted by the owner. I called and emailed Ken multiple times and I just got excuse on top of excuse and overall was told to find a new pool service. Spend the extra $50 on a service that will do what they're supposed to do. There's no integrity with this company.
