While driving to work, that small, quiet voice in my head asked me, "How many times have you been given a second chance?" So today, in similar weather conditions, I went back. I was taken care of MUCH better than my 1st visit. My wait time was minimal. The salesperson, James, could not have been a better person to turn my previous experience around. He was courteous and very knowledgable. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. We came to a quick agreement on pricing and plans. Since they did not have what I wanted at his store he was going to drive to another location to pick up the device I was purchasing. He also found an additional discount through a company with which I am affiliated. Nice job, James. You are now my "go to" person for all things AT&T.
