  • The owner is always very friendly and knowledgeable, he really makes you feel that you are his top priority, one of the better UPS Stores in the city. While others are nice and friendly, some of the employees seem to be easily distracted, while I can understand having multiple people waiting, seems people should focus on the client they are servicing like the owner does. Overall, a very good experience overall and will definitely go back again and again.
