  • Unfortunately, the reviewsI had heard from friends and co-workers were correct. I should have steered cleared of this place. The customer service is terrible! They talk a good talk but don't follow through. They don't return phone calls when they say they will. They don't have items delivered or ready for pick-up when they say they will and no one ever knows what the other guy is doing. It's very frustrating! I had a much experience dealing with RC Willey, right down the street!
