  • Pixy Cakes, you had me at PINK CHAMPAGNE! A few months ago, I was shopping around for a bakery/cake shop for my wedding cake. A co-worker (who happens to love cupcakes) handed me a menu from Pixy Cakes, and suggested I give them a try. I was immediately intrigued with all the flavors. I stopped in after work one day, and could not choose just one cupcake, so I bought 6 that day! My fiancé and I indulged on: Vanilla, Coconut, Mexican Chocolate, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, and... of course, Pink Champagne. I must say, they were ALL delicious. I recently returned to Pixy with my fiancé for wedding cake tasting. I let the girls know that I had already tried their cakes, but that I did not mind trying them again...;) My fiancé and I had a very pleasant experience while wedding cake tasking. We undoubtedly went with Pixy Cakes for our special day. Our wedding day is in April, and I know that Pixy Cakes will not disappoint us.
