This is literally the first time I've ordered from a food truck at Walnut Wednesdays and actually felt that I got a good value. I've been there many times now and it's become a sad fact that I usually leave slightly disappointed, often with the portion size and sometimes with the food as well. It's all too common to drop $8-12 on food truck fare and receive what amounts to 2/3rds of a meal. My coworker who came with me today bought an $8 pulled pork (from a different truck) which came on a bun that looked no bigger than a dinner roll! So imagine my surprise when I spent $8 and the friendly crew at Krav handed me a gigantic pita, overflowing with huge chunks of Korean BBQ chicken, cole slaw and lettuce, covered in a delicious orange sauce. I could barely close to pita to pick it up! This is what eating at a food truck is supposed to be! Great food at a great value! The Koran BBQ was literally amazing, absolutely delicious. It was the best meal I've ever had from a food truck, the tastiest and the best value as well. In fact, it was the best meal I've had in awhile period. Krav is my new favorite food truck, I will be looking for them in the future.
2017 Update: Since then I've tried the gyro and many other menu options. I have never been disappointed. Fast service, large portions, great food. Still 5*.
