Just received the statement of account, 2 years AFTER my last appointment. Again, per their accountant, their billing system broke that's why they didn't charge me when I visited the office THREE TIMES before following my instinct to switch dentist.
"Charges on account over 90 days. PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY." Of course it's over 90 days, this company waited 2 years to tell me that I owe them money; not to mention reached out to me regarding my balance AFTER telling them I'm switching dentist.
