  • This was my first visit, after reading great reviews I thought I'd make an appointment. I was seen 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment, what is the point of making an appointment if you will not honor the appointment time. I scheduled an appointment with Kayo (as mentioned this was my first visit) I was sat with a manicurist thinking it was Kayo, to later find out I was being taken care of by Ann. Again why make an appointment with a certain person if they will not be the person doing the services. Over all the services completed were ok.
