Not living in Toronto for almost 5 years I've forgotten how brutal the Ontario alcohol sales system is.
Since moving away they've added screens in the stores to see what the options are instead of a big menu on the wall. You'd think this would be great because you could put together an order on the screen then go over to the cash to pay/pick-up. Nope. It's just a digital menu that does nothing other than show you what they have in the back.
My friend's dad that I was with wanted some Coors Lite that was on sale. We saw the sale pack on the screen, but by the time we waited in line to place our order at the cash we forgot which size pack it was. We told the guy we wanted the one on sale and he didn't know which one that was and also he seemed annoyed that we didn't remember which one it was and that he actually had to do some work and look it up.
What a pain in the ass.
