  • When I got to Las Vegas I was feeling a little under the weather. When I feel that way I always crave soup. At Noodle Asia I ordered a large vegetable noodle soup with fried tofu. It had a great variety of exotic mushrooms and veggies in a delicate broth. The noodles had a big, complex flavor. I couldn't get enough and ate until I was too full. Despite that, I had left overs to eat later that night in the hotel room. I thought the menu had something for everyone, the food was good, and the price was reasonable.
