  • Want a real specialist, rather focused on doing something right, than many "just ok". Don't go anywhere else! What a great experience. Russ is a smooth operator, great demeanor, and an ability to make you at ease and let the anxiety fade away. He even has a teddy bear (with piercing too) if you feel you need to hug something (either like the little girls before us who was having one ear pierced, or if you are an adult just in need of something to comfort you). The lady at the desk was also very pleasant and engaging.
