  • I am not impressed with this emergency room as I never had a good experience ever. The last time, I was with a family member in the ER recently, the nurse was very rude to me everytime I asked a question. It seemed because I was not the patient, I had no right to ask a question and should remain silent.. Plan on spending a lot of time there. I have had family members laying in the ER 4-6 hours before being admitted.
