Let me say this up front: Lush is an amazing company and I have been purchasing their products first from The Body Shop then by mail order in the late 90s. I love the products. This review is about the experience, or lack of it, I had at this location. I was in town for a few days and ran out of the stash of Lush bath bombs I brought. I also felt like picking up some lotion. I stepped in and was knocked out by the strong perfume. My local Lush never has had this effect. I have no explanation for the sheer olfactory overload, but I had a hard time breathing. I slowly walked around. There were several available employees but no one looked at me and I couldn't get anyone's attention. There was a cluster of employees right in front of the lotions. I thought "Cool! They're right where I need them and will get some help." Nope. I couldn't even get close to the display while they blocked it and the aisle. I had to turn around and, by that time, left as I gave up.
I'll stick with the Boulder store where it's always a fabulous experience.
